In this internship, you will become familiar with Dolby technologies in consumer entertainment devices as well as in professional broadcaster equipment. You will contribute to testing software that enables the next generation of Dolby technologies.
Responsibilities:
Depending on the project progress, your will:
- Create, and maintain the QA environment as well as write and execute test.
- Conduct cost-effective comprehensive regression and product tests to ensure product requirements are met.
- Utilize and adapt existing test automation scripts.
- Analyze test results to ensure that the product functions per requirements.
- Report issues through a formal bug tracking system and work with the engineering team to help isolate, debug, and resolve issues/bugs.
- Setup, configure, and maintain software test labs and test environments.
- Stay abreast of industry SQA tools and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Studies in acoustics, sound engineering, maths, physics, electrical engineering or computer science.
- Good English spoken and written communication skills.
- Interest in audio field.
- Programming knowledge would be a plus.
